Further to our news item on the 17^th December at which time we confirmed that Nottingham City Council  were to launch a formal consultation on the possible adoption of a LNL (see our article “Nottingham city to consult on late night levy“) we can confirm that the consultation will run from 13th January 2014 to 6th April 2014 and the responses will be considered at a further meeting of the Licensing Committee before the issue is finally determined by a meeting of the full Council later in the year.
